Shri S. K. Soni, learned counsel for the petitioner. Petitioner has filed this review petition for recalling of the order dated 29.7.2021 passed in Writ Petition No. 17824/2019.

Counsel for the petitioner submitted that documents filed by him was

not considered. He submitted that between 2015 to 2019 petitioner was suffering from spondylitis and was under treatment. He was also not in a position to walk anywhere. It is submitted that Court did not take into consideration the documents filed by petitioner.

Documents filed by the petitioner were considered by the Court while passing order dated 29.7.2021. Petition was dismissed as petitioner has not satisfactorily explained delay and laches in filing of writ petition. Petitioner wants implementation of directions issued in year 2008. Petitioner fell ill in year 2015 and some medical documents in year 2015 and year 2019 were

filed. Considering the documents, Court was not satisfied with explanation for delay and laches. This Court cannot review its judgment on merits of the case as the Court is considering an appeal.

In view of same, review petition filed by the petitioner is dismissed.
