It is submitted by Counsel for the parties that by judgment and
decree dated 31.07.2015 passed by First Civil Judge Class-I, Sheopur
in Civil Suit No.11A/2013, the petitioners were declared as owner of
the land in dispute by virtue of a will. However, the said judgment
and decree was set-aside in the civil appeal filed by the respondents.
The judgment passed by the appellate Court is subject matter of the
Second Appeal No.224/2017 which has been admitted on 12.03.2021
and an order of maintaining status-quo has been passed. It is
submitted that in the light of interim order passed in Second Appeal
No.224/2017, this petition has rendered infructuous.
It is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
