Heard on I.A.No.20061/2021, an application for suspension of

sentence and grant of bail.

In view of the fact that the appellant did not appear before the

Trial Court on the date of judgment i.e. 1.6.2019 and he could be

arrested only on 25.6.2021 and in absence of any justifiable reason

for remaining absconding for two years, the counsel for the appellant

seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application.

Accordingly, I.A.No.20061/2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.
