Learned Govt. Advocate for the appellant/State by taking this
Court to the judgment dated 24.06.2015, passed in Criminal Case
No.202/13 urged that by no stretch of imagination the acquittal of
respondent can be said to be on merits. The writ Court erred in
disturbing the finding of the Department and further committed an error in issuing direction for re-consideration.
Subject to hearing the other side, till the next date of hearing, the effect and operation of order dated 07.01.2020, passed by the writ court shall remain stayed.
PF within seven days.
