                                               Heard.
                                               Counsel for the applicant submits that the parties have not brought to
                                       the notice of this Hon'ble Court the judgment passed by the Supreme Court
                                       in the case of M. R. Krishnamurthy Vs. New India Assurance Company

                                       - AIR 2019 SC 5625, wherein it is held that the entire amount awarded by
                                       the Tribunal should not be disbursed to the claimants irrespective of their age
                                       and majority.
                                               Considering the aforesaid submission, issue notice to the respondents

on payment of P.F. within 7 working days by both modes returnable within four weeks.
