Shri Nikesh Vishwakarma, appearing for the petitioner in W.P. No.258/2021 has insisted for hearing of the matter, but having regard to the circumstances of the case and the fact that this petition alongwith all the connected petitions relate to the same crime number, we deem it proper to hear all the matters together.
