                           JUDGMENT

The petitioner has filed the captioned writ petition

pointing out that the application - Ext.P4 in Form 6 under the

Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act, 2008,

requires to be disposed of within a time frame.

Considering the averments in the writ petition and the

contentions raised, this writ petition would stand disposed of,

directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on

Ext.P4 application filed as above, in accordance with law, within

a period of eight weeks from today.
