JUDGMENT
The petitioner is aggrieved as the 6 th respondent (Regional
Passport Officer) has not considered his request for a Police Clearance
Certificate (PCC) favourably.
2. The learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the
respondent would submit that the petitioner is involved in a criminal
case and therefore, only a Customised PCC can be issued, and that too
only on orders from this Court.
3. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the
learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the respondent and
in view of the directions in the order of the Judicial First Class
Magistrate Court-II, Thrissur, in Crl.M.P. 3477/2025 dated 15-07-2025,
which is produced along with a memo dated 22-08-2025, this writ
petition is disposed of directing the 6 th respondent (Regional Passport
Officer) or the competent authority to issue a Customised PCC to the
petitioner also mentioning the details of the case mentioned in the
WP(C) NO. 19153 OF 2025

order referred above. The needful shall be done within two weeks from
the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
