JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the petitioners
prays that Ext.P3 representation filed by the
petitioners before the 5th respondent, requesting
the lifting of attachment of two items of
properties, be directed to be disposed of within
a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioners have also made an offer
that the amounts will be paid within a period of
120 days if the request for lifting the
attachment of two items of properties is
accepted.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the
petitioners and also the learned Standing
Counsel for the Kerala Financial Corporation.
Without entering into the merits of this
case, this Writ Petition is disposed of,
