                            JUDGMENT

Dated this the 16th day of April, 2025

This writ petition is filed for a direction to

respondents 1 and 2 to provide effective and adequate police

protection to the life and property of the petitioner.

2. Learned Government Pleader, on

instructions, submitted that, at present there is no law and

order situation in the property in question.

3. However, considering the facts of the case, I

am inclined to dispose of this writ petition directing the 2 nd

respondent-Station House Officer to ensure that law and

order situation is maintained in the property in question, if

necessary.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
