          This Contempt of court case (civil) having come up for orders on
   26.09.2024, the court on the same day passed the following:


                                             ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed for non compliance of the judgment. Already two adjournments have been sought. Today again seeks adjournment to file the counter.

In the interest of justice we grant one week time to the Union of India to show the compliance or file the affidavit in this regard, failing which, the respondent is directed to be present in Court to explain as to why the contempt proceedings should not be taken. Post on 04/10/2024.
