                              JUDGMENT

A.MUHAMED MUSTAQUE, Acg.C.J.

This appeal has been preferred against the interim

order passed by the learned Single Judge. Learned Single Judge

ordered for payment of Rs.5,00,000/- to defer the sale, which is

scheduled for today. The Bank submits that there were no

bidders.

2. In view of the above, there is no scope for

further interference. The appellant is free to raise all pleas

before the learned Single Judge.

Writ appeal is disposed of as above.
