     Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
to pass an order staying the operation and implementation of the judgment
dated 15/06/2023 in W.P.(C) No. 19406 /2018 till the disposal of the writ
appeal.
     This Writ Appeal again coming on for admission on 25.09.2024 upon
perusing the appeal memorandum, and this Court's Order dated 03.09.2024
the court on the same day passed the following:

The learned counsel for respondents 1 to 7 would submit that

the appellant has paid cost of Rs.1,000/- in terms of the order

dated 24.09.2024 in C.M.Appln.No.1 of 2024.

2. Admit.

3. Sri.K.Mohana Kannan, the learned counsel takes notice

for respondents 1 to 7. Sri.George Jacob Jose, the learned counsel

takes notice for respondents 8 and 9.

4. There will be an interim stay as prayed for, for a period

of two months.
