                                O R D E R

It is indubitable that the judgment in this

case was delivered under the wrong impression that

the issues herein were connected to that in a

batch of cases.

2. However, it is now conceded by

Sri.Ajith Kumar - learned Central Government

Counsel for the respondents, that the forensic

aspects impelled in this case are totally

different from that which were considered in the

batch of matters.

In the afore circumstances, I allow this

Review Petition and recall the judgment in the

writ petition; with a consequential direction to

the Registry to list it before the appropriate

Bench as per roster.
