                             JUDGMENT

Devan Ramachandran, J.

When this matter was called today, Smt.Aleena Jose - learned

counsel for the petitioner, submitted that, pending this matter, the

learned Family Court, Aluva, has called for process for issuance of the

certified copy of the order in question. She, therefore, prayed that this

Original Petition be allowed to be withdrawn, however, with liberty

being reserved to her client to approach this Court again with the same

of cause of action, if it becomes so warranted.

In the afore circumstances, this Original Petition is dismissed as

having been withdrawn, with the afore requested liberty being

expressly reserved in favour of the petitioner.
