                                  JUDGMENT

The present writ petition has been filed with the following

prayers:-

"1. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2, Objection given by the petitioner dated 19/08/2024 in revision of timing of stage carriage No KL-66-B-8883 for change of departure time from mavalikkara from 5:25 PM To 4:50 PM, as submitted by the petitioner seeking to take appropriate actions within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Issue such other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

The learned Senior Government Pleader submits that the

petitioner's objection in Ext.P2 dated 19.08.2022, in respect of revision

of the timing for operation of stage carriage number KL-66-B-8883 on

the route Parakode - KV Jettyroute, shall be considered in the timing

conference.

Considering the said stand of the learned Senior Government

Pleader, the present writ petition is disposed of as above.
