title.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the Cochin Devaswom

Board enters appearance for respondents 1 and 2 and the learned

Senior Government Pleader for the 3rd respondent. Issue urgent

notice by speed post to additional 4th respondent, returnable within

four weeks. The complete set of the DBP shall be enclosed along
