          SMALL INDUSTRIES DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION LTD, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM ,
          PIN - 695001

   RESPONDENTS:

      1. SMALL INDUSTRIES DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION LTD , REPRESENTED BY ITS
         MANAGING DIRECTOR, HOUSING BOARD BUILDING, 6TH FLOOR, SANTHI NAGAR,
         THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, PIN - 695001 AND 2 OTHERS

          Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
    stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
    pleased to pass an interim order directing the respondents 1 & 2 to issue
    Service Break Certificate for the purpose of producing before the PF
    Authorities and to disburse the gratuity amount within a time frame in
    the light of Exhibit P11 judgment dated 02.11.2021 in WP(C)
    No.22741/2020.

          This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
    and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this court's order dated
    10/09/2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. G.RAJAN POTAYIL, SUJA
    PADNABAN PILLAI, YAMUNA RANI V.G. and GOPIKRISHNA S., Advocates for the
    petitioner, STANDING COUNSEL for the Respondents and of P.U. SHAILAJAN,
    ADVOCATE for R2, the court passed the following:

                                          ORDER

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that the gratuity due to the petitioner is Rs.6,89,021/-

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is urgently in need of money for a cardiac surgery.

There will be an interim direction to the respondents to disburse/remit an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- out of the aforesaid amount to the Bank account of the petitioner within a period of one month.
