         VEETUVELIKKUNNELAYA MALIKAYIL HOUSE, VADAKKUMBHAGAM KARA,
         CHIRAKKADAVU VILLAGE, KANJIRAPPALLY TALUK, PONKUNNAM P.O., KOTTAYAM
         DISTRICT - 686506.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the Judgement and Decree dated 22.12.2023 in AS.No.9/2021 on the file
   of Sub Court, Pala, to the extent it confirmed the Judgment and Decree
   dated 22.12.2020 in the counter claim in OS.No.6/2013 on the file of
   Munsiff Court, Kanjirappally, pending disposal of the Regular Second
   Appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court'
   order dated 10.07.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LIJI
