occurrence of vacancy of HSST(Malayalam)in para 1,3,4 and penultimate
paragraphs of the judgment dated 27.06.2024 in W.P.( C) No.42923/2023, as
31.12.2022.
     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
of M.R.ANISON, P.A.RINUSA, V.BHARGAVI (PANANGAD), Advocates for the
applicants in I.A/ petitioners in W.P.(C) and of the GOVERNMENT PLEADER
FOR RESPONDENTS in I.A.& W.P.(C), the court passed the following:

The petitioner is seeking a correction in the Memorandum of Writ

Petition as the date of occurance of vacancy of HSST (Malayalam)

was shown as 31.12.2023 whereas the correct date was 31.12.2022.

The said permission is granted and the petitioner is permitted to

carryout the corrections in the memorandum of Writ Petition.

The Registry is also directed to carryout the corresponding

correction in paragraphs 1,3,4 and penultimate paragraphs of the

judgment by mentioning the date of occurance of vacancy as

31.12.2022 instead of 31.12.2023.
