   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to issue an interim order restraining the respondents and their
   men or persons claiming under them from removing the Plant and Machineries
   and the stock of goods in the business premises comprised in RS No.551/7
   (Survey No.136/4) situated at Kurikkattur, Kunnamangalam desom in
   Kozhikode Taluk, till the disposal of the above Writ Petition.
        This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S. P.T.MOHANKUMAR & RAM MOHAN, Advocates for the petitioner, the court
