     Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
to direct the respondents 3 and 4,not to reject the application for
enhancement of MBBS seats in petitioner's college,from 150 to 250 for the
Academic year 2024-25 and the process of the application for enhancement
without further delay,pending disposal of the above Writ Appeal.
     This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 13/09/2024 along with
connected case, upon perusing the appeal memorandum, and this court's
order dated 11/09/2024, the court on the same day passed the following:

                                  ORDER

AMIT RAWAL, J.

In pursuance of the previous orders, particularly the order

dated 11.9.2024, the National Medical Commission, Medical

Assessment and Rating Board (MARB) has issued a communication

dated 12.09.2024 with certain terms and conditions. The copy of

the communication has been handed over and taken on record. The

Registry is directed to include the same as part of the record.

2. Sri. Sreekumar, learned Senior counsel assisted by

Sri.Binny Thomas, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the

University submitted that in order to save time, the University had ,

yesterday, i.e., on 12.09.2024, conducted inspection of the medical

college and found that pursuant to the consent of affiliation, the

affiliation can be granted.

3. Sri. K.S. Sajeev Kumar, the learned counsel appearing for

the appellants submitted that appropriate directions may be given to

be University to issue the affiliation within a time frame.

4. The aforesaid request is accepted. In view of the submissions

of Sri. Sreekumar, the learned Senior counsel, let the University issue

the affiliation forthwith in view of the fact that the second round of

counselling has started on 12.9.2024.

Post these writ appeals on 23.9.2024.
