         PROVISIONS OF THE MAINTENANCE AND WELFARE OF PARENTS AND SENIOR
         CITIZENS ACT 2007, KASARAGOD P.O, KASARAGOD DISTRICT, PIN - 671121

          AND ANOTHER.

        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
   to stay the operation of the Exhibit P1 order passed by the first
   respondent pending disposal of the writ appeal, so as to secure the ends
   of justice.
        This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 11/09/2024 upon
   perusing the appeal memorandum and this Court's order dated 04/09/2024,
   the court on the same day passed the following:
                                      ORDER

It is unfortunate that, despite being given two opportunities, KELSA has not yet submitted the report to this Court.

The Registry shall directly intimate the Member Secretary of KELSA to obtain the report forthwith.
