          Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings pursuant to Exhibit P7 and P8 in O.S.No.91/2020 on
   the file of the Court of the Subordinate Judge (Additional) of Palakkad,
   pending disposal of the original petition (Civil).


          This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this Court's order dated
   19-08-2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.C.SURESH MENON &
