     Miscellaneous jurisdiction case praying that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to set
aside the order of dismissal of non-prosecution, dated 04.06.2024 of the
above Writ Petition and restore the Writ Petition to the files of this
Hon'ble Court.

     This Miscellaneous Jurisdiction case coming on for orders upon
perusing the Miscellaneous Jurisdiction case and the affidavit filed in
support thereof and this Court's judgment dated 04.06.2024 and upon
hearing the arguments of SRI.P.M.JOHNY, STANDING COUNSEL for Petitioner
