                                   JUDGMENT

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the following

prayers:

"(i). to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the 1st respondent to consider Exhibit.P3 objection submitted by the petitioner on the route Thiruvambady -Kodakkattupara-Nellippoyil-Mukkam-

Koombara Fathimabi Higher Secondary School(via) Pulloorambara, Thondimmal, Augustianmuzhi, Omassery, Kallurutti,koodaranji and Koombara in respect of stage carriage KI-55/ 1986, in the timing conference scheduled to 12/9/24 of the 2nd respondents service , after affording opportunity of being heard to the petitioner also, after affording opportunity of being heard to the petitioner also, in the interest of justice;

(ii) issue such other writs, orders or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper to issue in the facts and circumstances of the case.

iii) To dispense with the English translation of the document produced in the vernacular language."

2. While Considering the request of the 2 nd

respondent for the revision of timing of his Stage Carriage

Operation on the route Thiruvambady-Kodakkattupara-

Nellippoyil-Mukkam-Koombara Fathimabi Higher Secondary

School (via) Pulloorambara, Thondimmal, Augustianmuzhi,

Omassery, Kallurutti,koodaranji and Koombara, the petitioner's

objection shall also be considered and he may be given an WP(C) NO. 32244 OF 2024

2024:KER:69125 opportunity for hearing.

With the above said direction this writ petition is

disposed of.
