        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
   to issue an order staying the operation and implementation of Ext P3
   notice, till the disposal of the above Writ Appeal.
        This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 06/09/2024 upon
   perusing the appeal memorandum, and this Court's order dated 13/08/2024,
   the court on the same day passed the following:
                                      ORDER

Status quo order will continue on condition that the appellant shall deposit an amount of Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees Five lakhs only) within one month from today.
