        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings in judgment dated 05.06.2024 in AS No.62/2022 in the court of
   the Additional District Judge-1, Kozhikode arising out of the
   judgment dated 05.02.2022 in OS 215/2019 in the Court of the Munsiff-
   Magistrate, Thamarassery pending consideration of the above Regular Second
   Appeal.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 22.08.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SHARAN
   SHAHIER, RAKHY BABY, TREESA SHAJI, SNEHA JOY, Advocates for the
   petitioner, the court passed the following:
