                                           JUDGMENT

The present writ petition has been filed seeking the

following reliefs:

"I. Issue a Writ of Mandamus, or any other Writ, Directions or Order, commanding the respondents 1&2 to hear and dispose of the petitioner's Ext P1 application in a time-bound manner. II. To dispense with translation of Malayalam documents. III. Issue such other order or direction as deem fit and necessary by this Hon'ble court."

2. Learned Government Pleader submits that the

petitioner's application shall be considered within a period of

one month.

3. Considering the said stand of the learned Government

Pleader, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction

to the respondent to consider and pass necessary orders on the

petitioner's application in Ext.P1 to replace his vehicle in the WP(C) NO. 31658 OF 2024

route Mangalagiri - Pala - Kottaramattom and operation within

a period of one month, in accordance with the law.
