                       JUDGMENT

Dated this the 6th day of September, 2024

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging

Ext.P1 proceedings by which certain arrears payable to the

respondent is sought to be recovered.

2. Sri.N.Satheesh, the learned Standing Counsel for

the respondent points out that the petitioner has remitted an

amount of ₹1 lakh ordered to be paid by this Court on

07.08.2024.

3. Sri.Sreejith K.A, the learned Counsel for the

petitioner seeks ten instalments for clearing the arrears.

Considering the rival submissions, this writ petition would

stand disposed of permitting the petitioner to clear the entire

2024:KER:67942

arrears in six monthly instalments commencing from

15.10.2024. If two successive defaults are committed by the

petitioners, the benefit of this judgment would stand recalled.
