                              JUDGMENT

(Dated this the 6th day of September, 2024)

The writ petition is filed for directing respondents 3 and 4

to release the provident fund benefits to the petitioner as directed

in Ext.P2 and pay the interest at the rate of 12% p.a. of the

amount. The counsel for the petitioner submits that, after filing of

the writ petition the amount has been paid. The petitioner claims

interest at the rate of 12% p.a.

2. The petitioner is at liberty to claim the interest, if there

is a delay in payment, in appropriate proceedings.

The Writ Petition is disposed with above said direction.
