                                JUDGMENT

1. The present writ petition has been filed for the following

prayers;

a) To call for the records leading to issuance of Exhibit P1 notice issued by the 1 st respondent and set aside the same.

b) Directing the 3 rd respondent to hand over an amount of rupees 2lakh to the 2 nd respondent on account of pending pumping subsidy kept in the petitioners account before the Alappuzha Puncha Special Office.

C) Direct the 2 nd respondent to regularize the petitioners account by receiving pending dues from the 3 rd respondent within a time frame granted by this honorable court..

D) Grant such other and further relief which this Honourable Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.

2. Mr. S. Gopinathan, learned Senior Government Pleader

submits that the Government had deposited Rs. 4,28,925/- in

2024:KER:66208 respect of the petitioner's first claim before the Treasury and the

petitioner can withdraw that amount.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner will withdraw that amount from the Treasury within a

week and the petitioner will remit that amount in the respondent

Bank.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions of the learned Senior

Government Pleader and the learned Counsel for the petitioner,

the present writ petition is closed. The petitioner shall remit the

outstanding dues of Rs. 3,09,533/- to the Bank after receiving the

amount due to the petitioner which has been deposited in respect

of the first claim before the Treasury.
