        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to re-open the above
   contempt petition and proceed against the respondent for non-compliance of
   the directions contained in Annexure A1 judgment.

   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
