to stay the operation of the judgment dated 06.12.2023 passed by the
Learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No. 36254 of 2023, pending disposal of
this Writ Appeal.
     This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 06/09/2024 upon
perusing the appeal memorandum, and this Court's Order dated 02/09/2024
the court on the same day passed the following:

We have taken this matter for judgment.

In the meanwhile, we permit the students, who are the

petitioners in W.A No.546 of 2024, to appear for the

supplementary examination. The University is also directed to

provisionally declare their results for First Semester B.Sc.

2024, forthwith.
