     This Bail application coming on for orders upon perusing the
petition and upon hearing the arguments of SHRI. NIREESH MATHEW, Advocate
for the petitioners and PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent, the court
passed the following:

                             ORDER

The learned Public Prosecutor opposes the

application. She submits that the Investigating Officer

desires to file a report.

2. On a consideration of the facts and the materials

placed on record, and particularly after going through

Annexure 2 judgment passed by this Court and Annexures

3 to 5 treatment certificates of the petitioners, I am

satisfied that the petitioners have made out a prima facie

case for an interim order. Hence, I direct the Investigating

Officer in Crime No. 903/2024 of the Pandalam Police

Station, Pathanamthitta, not to arrest the petitioners till

26.09.2024.
