        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
   to

        1)issue an interim order directing the reinstatement of the
   appellant as a Part-Time-Sweeper in the 4th respondent Bank, pending
   disposal of the above Writ Appeal.

        2)direct the 4th respondent to keep one post of Part-Time Sweeper
   vacant, pending disposal of the above Writ Appeal.


        This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 05/09/2024 upon
   perusing the appeal memorandum, and this Court's Order dated 21/1/2022,
   the court on the same day passed the following:

                                         ORDER

The learned Sr. Govt. Pleader to place on record an affidavit sworn to by the 5th respondent Joint Registrar(General), in terms of the written instructions already received, within two weeks.
