                              JUDGMENT

The present writ petition has been filed seeking the

following relief:

"Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, commanding the respondent to entertain the Ext. P1 request for change of timing in respect of petitioner's stage carriage No.KL 16/B 2402 (proposed to replace with stage carriage No. KL 21/B 1414 conducting service on the route Kallara - Bankmukku and consider the same and take appropriate decision in the matter granting revision of timing as sought for by the petitioner, after hearing the petitioner and other interested operators."

2. Learned Government Pleader submits that the

petitioner's application shall be considered within a period of two

months after hearing all the affected parties.

3. Considering the said stand of the learned Government

Pleader, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to

the respondent to consider and pass necessary orders on the

petitioner's application in Ext. P1 for revision of timings within a

2024:KER:67357 period of two months, in accordance with the law, after hearing

all affected parties.
