                               JUDGMENT

The contempt case is filed complaining that the

interim directions have not been complied with. This

Court had by an interim order directed the Bank to

restrict the freezing of the account to the amount which

has been stated in the requisition from the police

authorities.

2. The Standing Counsel for the Bank submits

that the requisition does not specifically state any

amount and fresh requisitions from other police stations

have also been received in the Bank.

3. In the above circumstances, the contempt case CON.CASE(C) NO. 1570 OF 2024 IN WP(C) NO.18885 OF 2024

cannot be entertained and the same is dismissed without

prejudice to the right of the petitioner to move the writ

petition or approach the concerned police station for

appropriate reliefs.
