     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time
limit prescribed in the judgment dated 19-01-2024 in WP(C) No. 38495/2023
for a further period of 3 months from 24-03-2024.


     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's judgment
dated 19-01-2024 in WP (C) 38495/2023 and upon hearing the arguments of

This is an application filed by the applicants, who are

respondents 1 & 6 in W.P.(C) No.38495 of 2023, seeking

extension of the time limit prescribed in the judgment of this

Court dated 19.01.2024 in this writ petition, for a further period

of three months from 24.03.2024.

2. Today, when this interlocutory application is taken up

for consideration, the learned Senior Government Pleader would

submit that based on the directions contained in the judgment

dated 19.01.2024, audit of the accounts has already been

completed by the State Audit Department and a DBAR is being

filed, within a week.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned

Senior Government Pleader, this interlocutory application is

closed.
