     This OP(C) having come up for orders on 05-09-2024 upon perusing the
letter dated 17.08.2024 of the District Judge, Kozhikode forwarding the
letter dated 12-08-2024 of the Additional Munsiff II, Kozhikode, and this
court's judgment dated 22.8.2022 in the OP(C), the court on the same day
passed the following;

                           ORDER

Perused the communication of the Additional Munsiff's

Court, Kozhikode, dated 12.08.2024. Even though the

learned Munsiff has stated that there is another original

petition pending before this Court challenging the orders

in I.A.Nos. 2 and 5 of 2023 in O.S.No.53/2020, which is

jointly tried with the present suit, the details of the original

petition are not mentioned.

2. Although I am not satisfied with the reasons stated

in the above communication, seeking further enlargement

of time that too after the lapse of the time period, which

expired on 06.04.2024, the Additional Munisiff is directed

to furnish the details of the original petition stated to be

pending before this Court.

3. The Registrar (District Judiciary) is directed to

communicate this order through the District Judge,

Kozhikode.

A report shall be filed before this Court on or before

the next posting date.
