        Writ Petition (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to i) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ,
   order or direction directing the 2nd respondent to issue a police
   clearance certificate to the petitioner with bar code and scanned
   photograph within 7 days; ii. Issue any other writ, order or direction
   that this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the above facts and circumstances, in
   the interest of justice.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
   21.08.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.NIHARIKA HEMA RAJ,
