                                    JUDGMENT

The Liquidator has filed claim affidavit dated 14.12.2020,

seeking a decree against the respondent for a sum of

Rs.64,000/-, along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum

on the principal sum from 13.08.2013 till the date of decree;

and thereafter at the rate of 12% on the said sum, till the date

of realisation.

2. The parties appeared and seek waiver of interest.

3. Since there is no serious dispute regarding the

principal amount claimed, this application is allowed and an

amount of Rs.64,000/- is decreed against the respondent, to

be paid along with interest at the rate of 4% per annum on the

said sum from 13.08.2013 till realisation.

The respondent is permitted to pay the amount in six

equal monthly instalments. The 1st instalment becoming CC. No.1092 of 2021 in CP.No.4 of 2016

payable on or before 15.10.2024 and the subsequent

instalments becoming payable on or before the 15 th of the

succeeding months.
