          Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   the    common     judgment     in    C.M.A   No.31/2023       of   the   District   Court
   Pathanamthitta dated 21.3.2024 and common order dated 15.6.2023 in IA
   No.4/2021 in OS No.192/2021 of Munsiff's Court Ranni till the disposal of
   this case.

          This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   04-07-2024        and   upon   hearing    the     arguments   of   M/S.R.KRISHNA     RAJ,
   R.PRATHEESH (ARANMULA), E.S.SONI & SREERAJA V., Advocates for the
   petitioners, the court passed the following:
