Sathish Ninan, J.

The order in question relates to maintenance

of statusquo pending disposal of O.A by the

Tribunal. This Court had directed the O.A itself

to be disposed of within three months.

We do not think that anything further

survives in this proceeding. Without prejudice to

the rights of either sides, the Contempt Case is

closed.
