                                JUDGMENT

The present writ petition has been filed with the following

prayers:

"(i) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 1st and 2nd respondents to take up and initiate appropriate remedial action on Ext.P1 complaint submitted by the petitioner within a time frame as may be prescribed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice.

(ii) To dispense with the translation of documents in vernacular language

(iii) To pass any such or further orders as the petitioner may seek and this Hon'ble Court deem fit to grant."

2. Sri.V.S.Sreejith, learned Government Pleader

submits that the complaint has been filed on 01.08.2024. The

hearing date is fixed on 20.09.2024. Since the Competent

Authority is seized of the matter, this Court finds no ground to

interfere with the matter. However, the respondents 1 and 2 are

directed to take steps for expeditious disposal of the complaint

filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, preferably within a

period of two months.
