                              JUDGMENT

The present writ petition has been filed with the following

prayers:

"i) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order, directing the respondent to consider Exhibit P-2 request for revision of timings in respect of stage carriage, KL-10-AV-0178 operating on the route Kololambu - Tirur, within a reasonable time limit to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court;

ii) grant such other reliefs as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case."

2. The learned Government Pleader submits that the

petitioner's application in Ext.P2 for revision of timing shall be

considered preferably in the next Timing Conference and if it is not

considered in the next Timing Conference, the application shall be

disposed of within a period of two months.

Considering the said stand of the learned Government

Pleader, the present Writ Petition is disposed of with direction to

the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the

application of the petitioner in Ext.P2 stating revision of timing for

operation of the petitioner's Stage Carriage No. KL 10-AV-0178 on WP(C) NO. 31005 OF 2024

2024:KER:66923 route Kololambu - Tirur expeditiously, within a period of two

months, after hearing all affected parties.
