                                JUDGMENT

The present writ petition has been filed with the following

prayers:

"(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order commanding 1st respondent to consider and take a decision on Exhibit.P2 joint application filed by the petitioners for transfer of permit of the vehicle mentioned in Exhibit.P1 by resorting to circulation of papers as provided under Rule 130 of KMV Rules 1989.

(ii) To pass such orders or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice ."

2. Considering the prayer made in this writ petition,

the 1st respondent is directed to consider and take necessary

decision on Ext.P2 joint application of the petitioners, expeditiously

preferably within a period of one month, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
