JUDGMENT
S.MANU, J.
Petitioner is a resident of Valanchery, Malappuram
District. He has submitted complaints to various authorities
including the respondents herein against one Renjith Kurup.
According to the petitioner, the said person is involved in
illegal transportation of sand and red earth. Further
allegation is that he has forged registration certificate,
engine number and chassis number of vehicles which are
used for illegal transportation of sand and earth. He is
seeking directions to the respondents to consider his
complaints. A further relief of direction to the SHO,
Valanchery Police Station to verify documents of some
vehicles is also sought.
2. Though the petitioner has made allegations
against one Renjith Kurup, the said person has not been

arrayed as a respondent in this writ petition. We also note
that documents produced in the writ petition are insufficient
to support the allegations raised. Therefore, we do not find
any reason to allow the writ petition as prayed for.
However, it will be open to the respondents, especially the
respondents 3, 5 and 6 to look into the complaints
submitted by the petitioner before them and take
appropriate action in accordance with law at the earliest.
With this observation writ petition is disposed of.
