the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to pass
an order restraining the Respondents herein from forcefully dispossessing
the petitioners from the plaint schedule proeprty in OS No.85 of 2023 on
the file of teh Munsiff's Court, Adimali, pending disposal of the above
Original Petition (Civil).

     This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of

Admit. Issue notice to the respondents by

special messenger.

The learned senior counsel for the petitioners

submits that by virtue of the order dated 16.8.2024

in I.A.No.7 of 2024, the first appellate court

directed the parties to maintain status-quo till

04.09.2024 to enable the petitioners to challenge

the judgment in CMA. It is made clear that the

interim order granted on 16.8.2024 in IA No.7 of

2024 will continue to be in force till the next

posting date. Petitioners shall also produce a copy

of the order in IA No.7 of 2024 dated 16.8.2024

before the next posting date.
