Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time
limit prescribed inthe judgment dated 04/06/2024 in W.P(C) No.20007/2024
for a further period of 2 months from 19/08/2024.
This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's judgment
dated 4/6/2024 and upon hearing the arguments of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for
Applicants in IA/Respondents in WP(C) and of Mr. SAJEEV KUMAR K.GOPAL,
Advocate for the Respondent/Petitioners in WP(C), the court passed the
following:
ORDER
No objection is seen filed to the petition to condone the delay, as also, to the petition for extension of time. In the circumstances, the delay of 23 days in seeking extension of time is condoned and time is extended by 40 days from today(30/09/2024) to comply with the judgment dated 04/06/2024 in the above Writ Petition.
